skin rashes

1/26/06 - i took her to the doctor for rashes which she got all over the face. just to make sure it is not kinda skin alergy or something... it is nothing they asked us to put some soap which was not availble in gaint eagle or cvs so we are going to stick to coconut oil and j&j head to toe...

baby log (until 1 month)

Dec 20, 2005 - sudhiksha was born at 9:46 pm thru vaginal delivery, subha started breast feeding her right away.

Dec 21, 2005 -

Dec 22, 2005 - have to leave the hospital by 2 pm. chithra, balaram, kripa appeared and helped us move the baby and things. we were very thankful of them. we reached home by 3 pm and the baby is in her crib by then, it was little hard for us to keep her in the crib, finally after holding her in arms she managed to sleep and them we moved her in crib.

- visited parma community hospital upon friend's advice within 2 days, but it was wrong. i should have made an appointment only after 10 days.
- the doctor supected jaundice and send her to blood test. she cried a lot, but the testing was good for her

- her umbilical cord fell off, started applying coconut oil upon in-law's advice. (she is ready for a real bath, but holding it until her cold becomes less severe.
- after consulting with my dad, our baby's name was finalized with Sudhiksha

Dec 31, 2005 - nasal congestion, the CCF nurse asked us to turn the humudifier on, and put the baby in the car seat so that she sleep straight, it helps her a little bit.


Jan 3, 2005 - (2 weeks old) - her nasal congestion becomes severe, subha used an infant nasal aspirator (bulb) to remove the mucus, it helps the baby sleep well. sudhi feels better now.
